Job Summary
Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents by guiding patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength. Track and document progress to inform care plans while educating patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment by adhering to all healthcare and safety standards. Stay current through ongoing training and professional development. Full-time individual contributor role in Littleton, CO, with hourly pay of $45–$48 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
