Job Summary
Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents, guiding patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength. Track and document progress to inform care plans while educating patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment in adherence to all healthcare and safety standards. Maintain competency through ongoing training and professional development. Full-time individual contributor role in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
- Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively
