Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist needed at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center in Littleton, CO for part-time and full-time roles. Responsibilities include initial evaluations and goal-setting for new admissions, therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance work, functional mobility, transfer training, assistive device assessment, interdisciplinary coordination with nursing/OT/SLP/care teams, family education on home safety and discharge planning, and Medicare/compliance documentation.
