Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for pediatric, geriatric, and post-surgical populations. Implement therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education while documenting progress in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to coordinate care and achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes. Work onsite at the Fort Worth facility Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing compassionate support to diverse patients across various rehabilitation disciplines.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Texas

- A minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred, with a strong foundation in evidence-based treatment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
