Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic disorders. Establish personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized modalities to alleviate pain and restore function. Document patient progress meticulously, tracking responses to treatment and adjusting therapeutic goals as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive care, including training patients, families, and caregivers on effective use of assistive devices. Continuously enhance professional knowledge through workshops, training, and active participation in professional communities. This outpatient role serves a diverse population including children, adults, and seniors, offering flexible scheduling and a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and treatment plans competently
- A proactive attitude towards professional development and community engagement
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of the patients
- Onsite work in an outpatient office
