Job Summary
Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Chelsea, MA. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans while documenting patient progress using EMR systems. Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence and mobility. New grads and experienced candidates are welcome to join this supportive, patient-focused rehab team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current MA license (or eligibility to obtain)
