Job Summary
Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans while documenting patient progress using EMR systems. Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence and mobility. Work full-time Monday through Friday in Georgetown, SC, with an estimated rate of $30-40/hr. Join a supportive rehab team known for delivering high-quality services, offering mentorship, continuing education support, and licensure assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current SC license (or eligibility to obtain)
