Job Summary
Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans while documenting patient progress using EMR systems. Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence and mobility. Join a supportive rehab team in Rockville, MD, known for delivering high-quality services and maintaining a collaborative, patient-focused culture. New grads and experienced candidates are welcome to work full-time Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current MD license (or eligibility to obtain)
