Job Summary
Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Greenwood, SC. Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans while documenting patient progress using EMR systems. Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff to promote patient independence and mobility. New grads and experienced candidates are welcome to join this supportive rehab team with access to modern equipment and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current SC license (or eligibility to obtain)
