Job Summary
Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress using EMR systems while fostering strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff. Promote patient independence and mobility within a collaborative, patient-focused environment at a respected Senior Living Community in Lakewood, CO. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with estimated compensation of $35–40/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CO license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
