Job Summary
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, caregivers, and facilities under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, adhering to state practice acts and Select Medical policies. Maintain positive interactions with centers and patients while expanding client relations. This PRN outpatient orthopedic role requires a college graduate with a CAPTE-certified national exam and a valid state PTA license, plus CPR certification. Schedule is weekdays, 10-30 hours per week, with compensation ranging from $26.00 to $34.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
- Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
- CPR certification
