Job Summary
You will treat a general outpatient orthopedic caseload including work injuries, post-surgical conditions, and sports injuries. The role supports 12–14 patients per 8-hour day, with appointments typically 30 to 40 minutes (most around 40 minutes). Uses Prompt EMR for documentation. New PTA graduates receive mentorship and dedicated support. Schedule is Monday–Thursday 8am–6pm and Friday 8am–3pm; no weekends or holidays. Compensation for full-time ranges from $23–$30 per hour with a production incentive and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires Indiana state licensure as a PTA; prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. Advanced Rehabilitation operates multiple Indiana clinics and emphasizes patient-focused rehabilitation with one-on-one care.
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Graduation from a Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week preferred; part-time candidates with a minimum of 24 hours across three days per week will be considered
