Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant position for post-acute care; provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implements treatment plans, documents via therapy software and charts, engages with patients and families, and maintains confidentiality and professional conduct. Requires ASPT degree, active state licensure, CPR, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/email, and ability to work on an interdisciplinary team. Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory guidelines, patient rights, safety, and compliance, with attention to body mechanics and independent decision-making. Experience in a post-acute care setting preferred; new grads welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current
