Job Summary
PTA provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in a post-acute care setting; must hold an active license and have completed an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT). Office location is Acton, MA; full-time role with collaboration on interdisciplinary teams, charting and documentation, use of therapy software, and adherence to Life Care policies. Responsibilities include following treatment plans, ensuring patient rights and safety, and contributing to patient-centered outcomes while maintaining professional conduct and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license in good standing
- CPR certification (upon hire or during orientation)
- 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
