Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN position in Life Care Centers of America facilities (SNFs). Under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, provide direct rehab care per physician referral, following established PT treatment plans. Participate in community health matters as appropriate and maintain documentation, charting, and timely communication within an interdisciplinary team. Requires active PTA licensure, ASPT-degree, CPR certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license
- CPR certification (must remain current)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and email
- Read, write, speak, and understand English
