Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist at Life Care Center in Yuma, AZ. Responsibilities include following established PT treatment plans, charting and timely documentation, using therapy software, delivering high-quality patient care, communicating with patients/families and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safety and compliance with policies, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in community health initiatives; required qualifications include an accredited PTA program graduate (ASPT), active state licensure, CPR certification, and strong computer skills. Required Qualifications
