Job Summary
Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients under the direction of the supervising PT; chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software; exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients; assist in evacuation of patients; demonstrate dependable, regular attendance; communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team; maintain confidentiality and adhere to Life Care’s policies and Code of Conduct; participate in community health matters as appropriate; adhere to applicable laws and post-acute care facility guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
