Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with laws and Life Care standards. Follow physical therapy treatment plans, chart appropriately and timely, utilize therapy software, exhibit excellent customer service to patients, assist in evacuation of patients, maintain regular attendance, communicate effectively on an interdisciplinary team, and uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license in good standing
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR certification must remain current during employment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
