Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role supports long-term care residents and short-term sub-acute rehabilitation patients, participating in an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve functional progress and improved quality of life. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program (ASPT) and active state licensure, with new grads welcome. Responsibilities include following established PT treatment plans, charting, using therapy software, providing excellent patient-centered care, and collaborating with nursing, therapy, and medical staff. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
