Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following treatment plans, charting appropriately, and utilizing therapy software. Responsibilities include maintaining professional relationships with patients and team, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality, adhering to Life Care standards and codes of conduct, participating in community health initiatives as appropriate, and demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel, effective customer service, ability to work on an interdisciplinary team, and compliance with policies and regulations; position supports an in-person clinical setting at the Glendale, AZ location.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
