Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care in physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT in a post-acute care setting. Responsibilities include following established PT treatment plans, charting and documentation, using therapy software, delivering patient-centered care with excellent customer service, collaborating on an interdisciplinary team, and assisting in patient mobility and safety. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program (ASPT), active licensure in Massachusetts, CPR certification, and proficient computer skills. A sign-on bonus is offered and flexible scheduling is available; one year of experience is preferred but new grads are welcome to apply. An Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program (ASPT)
- Current license/registration in Massachusetts
- CPR certification (current)
