Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting. Responsibilities include following PT treatment plans, charting appropriately and timely, utilizing therapy software, and delivering patient-centered care to a diverse post-acute population with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary needs. Requires active state licensure, ASPT graduate status, CPR certification upon hire, and proficiency with Word/Excel/email; new grads welcome. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
