Job Summary
Provide direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in accordance with Life Care standards for patients in a post-acute care facility. Responsibilities include following physical therapy treatment plans, charting appropriately and timely, utilizing therapy software, delivering excellent customer service, assisting in patient evacuation, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires active state licensure, ASPT credential, CPR certification (maintained), proficiency with Word/Excel, adherence to policies, and professional conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
