Job Summary
PTA provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting. The role supports long-term and short-term/rehabilitation services for an interdisciplinary team, with emphasis on patient mobility, functional progress, and quality of life. Requires active state licensure/certification, graduation from an accredited PTA program, and ability to utilize therapy software; new grads welcome. Schedule is full-time with varied shifts and includes benefits such as CE credits, loan repayment, and comprehensive health/dental plans. Must maintain professional standards, documentation, and collaboration with nursing and medical staff.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
- One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
