Job Summary
Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct rehab care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in a post-acute care setting. Requires ASPT-credentialed education and active state licensure. CPR certification required. One year of experience preferred, new grads welcome. Proficient with Word, Excel, and email; participates in interdisciplinary team planning; maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to policies. Responsibilities include following established PT treatment plans, charting, using therapy software, delivering excellent patient service, assisting in patient evacuation, and maintaining professional conduct. Located at Life Care Center of Sierra Vista, AZ with a full-time schedule and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (ASPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
