Job Summary

Accurately fill prescriptions using vials or blister packs while measuring medication dosages per orders and ensuring compliance with labeling and regulatory requirements. Verify patient information including DOB, address, and insurance details, and redirect clinical inquiries to pharmacists as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, troubleshoot delivery issues with patients and couriers, and confirm deliveries following established protocols. Reconcile delivery batches in pharmacy systems, organize paperwork per policy, and monitor inventory supplies such as vials and printer paper. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace for both public and staff areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
