Job Summary
Interpret and develop project drawings and specifications while performing hydraulic modeling for water supply, drainage, and stormwater systems. Analyze flow rates, pressure, and network performance using specialized software, then prepare and update project schedules to track progress for clients. Oversee daily construction activities to ensure work aligns with design and schedule, maintaining compliance and quality throughout the project. Requires a PE license, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and 5+ years of experience. Located in Memphis, TN, with a salary range of $75,000 - $100,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- PE License
- 5+ years of experience in construction or civil projects
- Ability to pass criminal background, drug screening, and a physical examination
- Ability to use essential tools such as AutoCAD, Cvil 3D, STAAD.Pro, ORD effectively
- Structural & Analysis Software: ETABS/SAP2000, SAFE
- Surveying and GIS Tools: ArcGIS/QGIS, Total Station controller software
- Revit
- Navisworks
- MATLAB or Python
- Ability to use project management and productivity tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site surveying
- Understanding of geotechnical principals, drainage, and structural design
