Job Summary
Handle Property & Casualty sales, service, and retention for personal line products by managing member inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels. Execute foundational to moderately complex quotes, binding new business, and premium changes while maintaining state trailing documents. Identify member needs to provide accurate advice, minimize transfers, and navigate multiple systems efficiently. Maximize sales potential through cross-selling and expert issue diagnosis. Maintain required P&C licenses and adhere to risk and compliance policies. Work evenings up to 8:30 PM and weekends with a 15% shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience in insurance, financial services and/or relevant direct customer service and/or sales experience
- Current Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines licensed in your current state of residence/or state of hire and ability to acquire additional licenses for other states as needed
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, including navigating through multiple business applications
- Current Active Property and Casualty (P&C) producer agent license
- Phoenix, AZ location
- Work evenings up to 8:30 PM Local Time
- Permanent Saturday or Sunday work
- Shift differential for hours worked after 6:00 PM Local Time
- Shift differential for hours worked on Saturday or Sunday
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
- Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
