Job Summary
Licensed Insurance Professional role focused on sales and service for Property & Casualty personal lines. You will interact with members across multiple channels (inbound calls, email, chat, social media) to provide coverage, advice, and solutions, identify cross-selling opportunities, handle quotes, binding of new business, rating, policy and billing changes, and maintain state licenses. The program includes a fully paid six-month training, licensing cost coverage, and a potential signing bonus. The position is based in the Phoenix office with some evenings/weekends and possible remote/hybrid flexibility for active-duty military spouses; relocation assistance is not available. Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center and US military/veteran or military-spouse experience are valued notes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in the state of residence or hire
- 1 year of customer service experience in insurance/financial services or related direct customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to acquire additional licenses for other states as needed
