Job Summary
Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative at USAA to maximize Property & Casualty sales while delivering exceptional service across multiple channels. Role includes completing a fully paid six-month training program with licensing support, transitioning to offsite work after in-office development, potential weekend/evening shifts, and a signing bonus of $2,000 for new hires starting March–May. Requires an active P&C license, strong multitasking in a fast-paced contact-center environment, and adherence to risk/compliance policies. Supports military members and families; relocation assistance not available. Training schedule is Monday–Friday with eventual 4- or 5-day schedules; compensation range $46,370–$48,870, benefits package, and equal opportunity employer status.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Currently ACTIVE Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license in your current state of residence/or state of hire
- ability to acquire additional licenses as needed
- 1 year of customer service experience in insurance/financial services or relevant direct customer service and/or sales experience
