Job Summary
Apply psychotherapeutic techniques to treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders in adolescents, adults, and families. Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop discharge plans, and lead individual, group, or family sessions as part of the treatment plan. Maintain documentation of services and participate in treatment team meetings to coordinate care. Manage assigned caseloads and perform case management or aftercare planning as needed. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude while prioritizing patient safety and resolving complaints. Requires state licensure, a master's degree in a relevant field, and CPR/de-escalation certification. Hourly rate ranges from $25.43 to $42.45.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field
- One or more years' experience working with comparable patient population
- Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
- First aid
