Job Summary
Conduct clinical mental health assessments and evaluations, then create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals. Deliver therapy services including individual, family, and group sessions across in-office, in-home, and community settings while offering crisis intervention and urgent care as needed. Document all services within 24 hours of delivery and collaborate with internal teams, primary care providers, and community partners. Attend clinical meetings, team supervision, and professional development sessions while maintaining compliance with Medicaid and private insurance panel guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or associate-level clinician in NC
- LCSW
- LCMHC
- LMFT
- LCAS
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- 2+ years of post-master's clinical experience
- CBT experience (minimum 2 years)
- Crisis intervention experience (minimum 1 year)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Eligible to join Medicaid and private insurance panels
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- DSM-5 proficiency
- Clear, concise clinical documentation and case management
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Empathetic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed
- Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and outside agencies
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks
