Job Summary
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and limitations, implementing personalized treatment plans to achieve specific recovery goals. Utilize a variety of physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities, to enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall function. Document patient progress meticulously in the WebPT EMR system and communicate effectively with patients and families to foster trust and motivation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care for orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Educate patients about their conditions and equip them with self-management strategies to promote independence. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a well-equipped clinical space.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active Physical Therapist license for the state of Colorado
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Familiarity with EMR systems
Desired Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Specialized training in orthopedic manual therapy
- Advanced therapeutic techniques
- Additional certifications in sports rehabilitation, dry needling, or aquatic therapy
- Experience with WebPT
