Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient goals and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice. Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, providing focused therapeutic interventions including manual therapy and exercise protocols. Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress meticulously in WebPT while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation protocols, safety measures, and injury prevention strategies. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid Virginia license.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- A valid Virginia license as a Physical Therapist
- A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against the license
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques
- Strong ability to develop exercise protocols that meet diverse patient needs
- Experience with EMR software, especially WebPT
