Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments. Implement therapeutic interventions for orthopedic conditions including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Monitor patient conditions, adjust plans of care as necessary, and complete timely documentation of evaluation notes, progress summaries, and discharge plans. Adhere to state practice acts and regulations while collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
- Two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- A valid CPR certificate
