Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and manage a caseload of one patient per hour. Develop and implement personalized care plans integrating manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and individualized fitness programs to enhance mobility and reduce pain. Monitor progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and maintain ongoing communication with patients and healthcare providers while documenting all services accurately. Educate patients on preventive measures and promote healthy lifestyles to optimize physical health.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution
- A valid Florida license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license
- Solid expertise in manual therapy techniques
- Ability to apply manual therapy techniques effectively in practice
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and adjusting exercise protocols tailored to meet specific patient needs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT
- Previous experience working in outpatient physical therapy settings focused on orthopedics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating and maintaining detailed treatment documentation
