Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgical procedures, or chronic conditions, gathering detailed medical histories and functional assessments. Establish individualized treatment plans incorporating exercise regimens, manual therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain and restore function. Utilize specialized equipment to enhance treatment efficacy, document sessions meticulously, and adapt strategies based on continuous assessments. Educate patients and families on injury management and assistive device usage. Maintain professional development by attending workshops and conferences to stay current with rehabilitative practices. This full-time role at our Sanford, Florida facility features a salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective patient interaction and documentation.
- Proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer applications.
- A commitment to a flexible and agile approach in a fast-paced work environment.
Desired Qualifications
