The Licensed Optometrist will provide comprehensive eye care, including diagnosis and management of visual and ocular pathologies, at the Kayenta Health Center. Required Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution
Current, unrestricted optometry license in any U.S. state (diagnostic & therapeutic privileges required)
Active DEA license
Minimum 1 year recent optometry experience
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
Proficient in EHR/EMR and basic computer skills
