Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identifying needs to facilitate an easy eye care experience. Provide product and service recommendations while assisting clients in selecting options that match their budget and eyecare requirements. Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames according to prescriptions, perform minor repairs, and troubleshoot prescription issues to resolve complaints. Attain sales goals by complying with company policies and assisting in the sales process. Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician
- The ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- The skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- A valid ABO and NCLE and/or license in the applicable State
- A high school diploma or equivalent
