Job Summary
Greet all patients and customers upon entry, identifying needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience. Provide product and service recommendations while assisting clients in selecting options that suit their budget and eyecare requirements. Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames according to written prescriptions, performing minor repairs and adjustments as needed. Identify and troubleshoot prescription-related problems to resolve complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions. Attain sales goals established by management while complying with company policies, ensuring brand standards through basic housekeeping duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician
- The ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- The skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- A valid ABO and NCLE and/or license in the applicable State
- A high school diploma or equivalent
