Job Summary
Licensed Optician responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences as the store's optical authority. Combines fashion expertise with optical knowledge to guide customers through eyewear selection, troubleshoot prescriptions, and collaborate with Optometrists and the SEE Lab. Leads through coaching peers, drives sales and KPI performance, and stays current on lens technologies and optical best practices. Emphasizes relationship-building, customer service, and a positive,solutions-oriented team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Dispensing Optician License in the state of operation
- Optical experience required
- Previous luxury retail, fashion, or optical experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
