Job Summary
Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service from pre-exam support through eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup. Guide customers through eyewear selection and product education while assisting with patient flow and pre-exam screenings to support Optometrists. Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections, and quality checks to ensure all eyewear meets brand standards for fit, function, and presentation. Prepare orders for pickup and maintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areas. Support order entry, tracking, and timely completion while identifying and resolving quality or service issues proactively. Model Eyeglass World service standards and partner with the store team to uphold visual, experiential, and operational brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service
- Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state
- Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction
- Support store team in shared goals
