Job Summary
Greet patients and customers upon entry, identifying needs to facilitate an easy eye care experience. Provide product recommendations, assist clients in selecting items that match their budget and eyecare requirements, and measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames according to prescriptions. Troubleshoot prescription-related problems, resolve customer complaints, and diffuse unsatisfied situations while ensuring brand standards through basic housekeeping. Attain sales goals established by management while complying with company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients as a Licensed Optician
- The ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- The skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- A valid ABO and NCLE and/or license in the applicable State
- A high school diploma or equivalent
