Job Summary
Licensed Optician duties include dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses, including insertion/removal training and product education, delivering strong customer service while meeting sales goals, maintaining patient records and managing follow-up communications, supporting quality and safety standards, managing inventory and merchandising, and mentoring Apprentices as permitted by law. The role emphasizes professional, proactive customer interaction, organized multitasking in a busy retail environment, and participation in benefits and career-growth opportunities. Must hold an active dispensing license and have 3+ years of related experience. In-person role with Sunday closure noted.
Required Qualifications
