Job Summary
Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion, removal training, and product education while delivering exceptional service to meet sales goals. Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up with weekly outreach, and support quality standards by reducing remakes and adhering to safety policies. Control inventory, uphold merchandising standards, and keep the work environment clean and organized. Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law. This role requires an active dispensing license and three years of related experience, with previous retail experience preferred. Work in a busy setting with every Sunday off.
