Job Summary
Guide patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings tailored to their needs while ensuring accurate measurements and prescription information for lab technicians. Oversee the production process, adjust and repair frames as needed, and provide personalized care when dispensing glasses. Process payments, refunds, and insurance claims using the Point of Sale system, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and create confidential patient files. Price, stock, and organize merchandise while interpreting prescription requirements. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Optical industry experience and current state License
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
