Job Summary
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders and develop treatment plans with long- and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and modalities. Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges; deliver comprehensive treatment while adhering to precautions and adjust as needed. Requires licensure/registration as an OT in the applicable state with NBCOT designation (OTR).
Required Qualifications
- Licensed and/or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) in-state as applicable
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA
- NBCOT designation as OTR (if state mandated)
