Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist responsible for evaluating and treating patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. Develop and implement personalized care plans, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and obtain up-to-date physician orders. Requires current state licensure and NBCOT (OTR) certification as applicable. Immigration support for H1B candidates, including transfers and new filings, is available. Mentorship is offered for new graduates to support clinical growth and career development.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
- NBCOT certification as an OTR (if required by the state)
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
