Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist needed for a full-time role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting. Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create and implement personalized care plans, collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensure physician orders are current. Requires an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program and NBCOT certification (OTR) if required by state; current state license to practice. Immigration support for H1B candidates available. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply
- Current active state license as an Occupational Therapist
- NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (BS, MS, MA, or OTD)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
