Job Summary
Licensed Occupational Therapist opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting with Renewal Rehab (Enhance Therapies). Evaluates and treats patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; develops and implements individualized care plans; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; maintains regulatory-compliant documentation; ensures physician orders are current; supports new grads through mentorship; offers immigration support for H1B candidates and comprehensive benefits. Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS/MS/MA/OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program and state licensure required; NBCOT certification as applicable by state.

- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- NBCOT certification (as required by state)
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
